​Handmade pottery shards, unglazed porcelain, smalti & Orsoni gold. 


All of the gorgeous pottery used in this portrait, was created by my very talented cousin Zaka, who died tragically as a young woman. I'm grateful to her brother for gathering up these shards, and her sister, for delivering them to my studio.This portrait was pieced together with Zaka and family in mind
